You may not resell any services or content offered by Midnight Gaming.
Purchases made with paypal or credit / debit cards can upon request be refunded within 48 hours of the transaction date.
Prepaid card payments are non refundable.
All types of donations are non refundable.

Upon Credit depletion the customers server(s) will be suspended until the customer purchases credits to fund their account
Inactive Servers will be removed after 8 months of inactivity to free up resources for new customers
Inactive accounts will be removed after 1 year (365) days of inactivity; Clients who have purchased credits are exempt from this
